IP Expo Europe 2017: Three Core Announcements from DataCore, Live from ExCeL, themselves 10 year users of SANsymphony™

DataCore Stand GG22 and Lenovo Stand J16, Show Ultimate Core Performance Through World’s Fastest Storage; Microsoft SQL Server Performance Breakthroughs with MaxParallel™ and the first European live view of the Lenovo DX8200D, Powered by DataCore, Virtualization Appliance

Stand GG22 & J16, IP Expo Europe, London ExCel, 4 October, 2017 - DataCore today announced a packed line-up with new first-to-show solutions at IP Expo London, the UK’s main IT trade show. The DataCore stand (GG22), and the Lenovo stand (J16), will be showing the latest generation of DataCore’s SANsymphony™ software-defined storage running alongside DataCore’s new MaxParallel™ solution. MaxParallel offers the industry’s first glimpse at the future of Microsoft SQL Server performance optimization, by demonstrating onsite the impressive response times and transaction processing gains readily achieved without changing the hardware beneath.

Add to that, a dual opportunity to view the recently released Lenovo DX8200D Powered by DataCore, a totally new storage virtualisation appliance offering simplicity and performance through its core. The Lenovo DX82000D will be running on GG22 and J16, with both companies’ actively seeking a fresh pick of core channel partners to capitalize on the appliance - the potential market impact of which was noted in the recent IT Pro independent review.

So for those visitors seeking to overcome significant performance bottlenecks delivered in various backdrops - for example, hybrid Cloud environments; or from within their on-premises storage or SAN; or from within sluggish and lagging database and application processing - a stop to DataCore is an essential part of the IP Expo experience. Indeed, the home of IP Expo, the ExCeL Conference Centre itself, has been a user of SANsymphony, assuring business continuity for data and critical apps, for over 10 years now.

“This is set to be one of the most exciting trade shows in the companies’ 20 year history. We have unlocked the secret to fully utilizing the performance of multi-core computing to accelerate data storage responsiveness and you can learn how we did it at both the DataCore stand and in our dedicated pod area within the Lenovo stand. These cost-effective solutions deliver massive performance and productivity gains by using our revolutionary parallel I/O processing technology,” said George Teixeira, co-founder and CEO of DataCore Software.
